Cancellation Policy
New clients, lengthy/multiple color processes, color corrections, extension appointments, or multiple prior cancellations, require a deposit. Amount of deposit discussed during appointment consultation. Kindly give a 48 notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Failure to give a 48 notice of cancellation may result in clients loss of their deposit. If no deposit is on file, failure to give a 48 hour cancellation notice for any service may result in a rebooking fee.
